Lisa Holeman, M.A., Ordained Minister, Owner
Hi, I’m Lisa, and I will be the one you talk to when you call As You Like It Weddings! I’ve been performing weddings for about 15 years and have had the honor of presiding well over 1,000 ceremonies. It is my passion! I LOVE it! There is nothing I’d rather do. I feel so privileged to have work that is filled with such love and joy. Words cannot capture the gratitude I feel to be a part of such a sacred time in people’s lives. I have been extremely selective in choosing the following wonderful associates to perform your wedding with great competence and loving care.

Rebecca Senoglu, B.A., Ordained Minister
Rebecca is a magnificent speaker, for which many agencies and organizations have requested her services. She was ordained through the Chaplaincy Institute for Arts and Interfaith Ministries, and has served as an Associate Chaplain at Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek, California. She is currently the Treasurer for the Chico Interfaith Council. Presently, she coordinates the Cancer Support Program at Enloe Medical Center and serves on the Spiritual Care Team at Enloe Hospice. She is a wonderful mother to her beautiful daughter and is happily married to her handsome husband. She has worked for As You Like It for many years, and considers it an honor and a great joy to perform wedding ceremonies. In her eyes, each and every wedding is a special event!

Daniel Duart, B.A., Ordained Minister
Daniel has a contagious smile and great enthusiasm for officiating wedding ceremonies. He encourages self expression in all ceremonies and enjoys the opportunity to talk with brides and grooms before creating that very special day they will always remember. “A wedding is a sacred and joyful ceremony where two people vow to share their lives and unite their spirits. I enjoy participating in a ceremony created by and for the love two people have for one another.” He has studied literature, art, and communications, which encouraged him to research numerous systems of belief and look for the common threads that unite people, promote peace and increase stability in our world.

Monica Zukrow, B.A., Ordained Minister
Monica Zukrow is an awesome wife and mother of a beautiful boy. Previous to this honorable role in life, she was an International Tour Guide for 10 years. She has outstanding skills working with groups of people, orchestrating events, and has had amazing adventures all over the world. Monica is a competent, extremely intelligent woman who loves the excitement and positive energy at weddings. She feels so fortunate to be a part of this most wonderful day.

Steve Muser, M.S., Ordained Minister
Steve Muser has been performing weddings for As You Like It since 1999. His warm, gentle, and reassuring presence makes him a much sought after minister. Steve shares, "The atmosphere at a wedding is so positive - other than being present at the birth of a child, nothing compares with the magic of a wedding day." Steve works as a Second Grade teacher in Orland, and lives in Chico.

Marty Sorensen, Ordained Minister
Marty is great fun and very personable. He was ordained in 2003 and has performed weddings throughout Northern California. Marty has been happily married 20 years and has three magnificent children. He is the owner of Sorensen Development-Home Builders. Marty states, “I am truly excited about getting to know new couples and grateful that I get to help them start their new adventures off on a beautiful note.”

Vita Segalla, B.A., Ordained Minister
Vita Segalla has a kind and gentle nature about her which exudes love and peacefulness. She received a BA from Colorado College in 1971. Since then, she has explored many other avenues of work and life experiences. She studied the martial art of Aikido for 9 years, is a teacher of the Alexander Technique, a massage therapist, and a meditation instructor. She is also a professional Celtic Fiddler. Her favorite things about doing weddings are being part of the circle of love and support of family and friends, and being witness to the wonderful way the bride and groom are with each other.
